PAYMENT TERMS

At Print India, we are committed to offering a smooth and secure payment experience for all our customers. Please read our payment policy carefully before placing your order.


🔒 1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay)

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Wallet Payments

  • Pay on Delivery (COD) – Available for selected pin codes and products only.


💳 2. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store any of your credit/debit card details on our servers.


📦 3. Order Processing

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment.

  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be confirmed.

  • If your payment was deducted but you didn’t receive order confirmation, please contact our support team with payment proof.


🔁 4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Once a print order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as we begin processing immediately.

  • Refunds are only applicable in the case of:

    • Duplicate payment

    • Technical error causing failed orders with payment deduction

    • Non-delivery due to internal issues

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


🧾 5. Invoices & Tax

  • All orders are inclusive of applicable GST.

  • You will receive a tax invoice along with your order confirmation via email.
